The highly anticipated film “The Hunger Games” is approaching it’s release date and star Elizabeth Banks is dishing about the filming of this sci-fi drama.

Spotted out shopping in Beverly Hills on Tuesday, the blonde beauty, who plays Effie Trinkett in the film, admits some moments on set were tougher than others.

During a particular scene, the 37-year-old actress revealed that some of the days during filming the temperature would reach a scorching 105 degrees.

In an interview with MTV News, Banks dished, “We had all these young kids there dropping like flies. It was madness, and it’s also the only time we spend in District 12.”
